Satnam Investments, together with its affiliated entities Lionshare Holdings and HR Investments, is a family-owned and operated commercial real estate investment group focused on acquiring, owning, operating, leasing, and managing office and retail properties throughout Southern California. Our family’s business roots began in retail, where we owned and operated Aahs! Gift Stores and Halloween Club locations across Southern California. After 25 years in the retail industry and operating over 30 seasonal Halloween stores, our family transitioned its experience in retail operations, customer service, site selection, and property ownership into commercial real estate.
Over the past decade, Satnam Investments has grown into a hands-on family corporation with a portfolio of commercial office and retail assets. We self-manage and self-lease our properties, allowing us to stay closely connected to tenants, maintain responsive operations, and create long-term value. Our holdings include multi-tenant office buildings, retail centers, and investment properties across Southern California, with tenants that include national users such as Starbucks, Subway, and the United States Government.
