    Supervision: Reports directly to Chief Medical Officer

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, following evidence-based medical protocols.
    • Perform physical exams, manage chronic conditions, and provide preventive care and health education.
    • Prescribe medications and create individualized treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with nutritionists, behavioral health specialists, and educators to provide holistic patient care.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provider team meetings.
    • Perform Family PACT services.

    Requirements

    • Attendance at HIPAA and Compliance educational programs is a requirement of employment
    • MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
    • Licensed in California and Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
    • CPR certified.
    • Previous FQHC or outpatient experience preferred, but new grads are highly encouraged to apply!
    • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
