About Us
Our mission is to teach youth and young adults ages 16-24 the skills needed to secure and maintain meaningful employment, and to offer programs that help young people improve their employability, career choices, and quality of life.
Almost everyone needs to work at some point in their lives and most of us start in our teenage years, when we have the least life experience and are in the midst of discovering our interests, developing our skills and building the self-confidence critical to job hunting success. YES guides clients through questions that help them identify the skills and strengths they already possess. Then we teach them how to articulate those skills and strengths to potential employers, many of whom have posted positions on our job board.Images
