Our vision is to create the best leadership development experiences for all girls in Orange County. With programs in every OC zip code, we offer every girl opportunities to practice a lifetime of leadership, adventure, and success.

The Girl Scout Leadership Experience is a proven, one-of-a-kind, girl-led leadership development program for girls in kindergarten through 12th grade that offers progressive experiences as girls grow older in critical areas, including STEM, the Outdoors, Life Skills, and Entrepreneurship.

Girl Scouts’ commitment to diversity and inclusion enriches the Girl Scout Leadership Experience for all girls. As girls work alongside people from different backgrounds, cultures and perspectives, they learn to navigate the world and their future workforce, tapping into the many benefits that diversity provides.
