The featured speaker will be Charlene Reynolds, Airport Director of John Wayne Airport. Appointed in 2022, Ms. Reynolds oversees all operations and development at Orange County's largest airport. Bringing Wealth of Experience

Ms. Reynolds joined John Wayne Airport after serving as Chief Commercial Officer for the Houston Airport System. With over 20 years of aviation management experience, she is prepared to guide the airport into the future.

Her background includes previous roles with the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, where she rose to become Deputy Aviation Director. She also has private sector expertise from working closely with airport business partners.

Ms. Reynolds' diverse experience made her the top choice to spearhead operations and development as John Wayne Airport Director. Local leaders are optimistic she will lead the airport to new heights.

Enhancing Facilities to Meet Growing Demand

To accommodate rising demand, John Wayne Airport plans to expand capacity by adding gates and upgrading the terminal. New concessions and dining options will also improve the passenger experience.

Outdoor spaces will be enhanced as well, with a new administrative building enabling arrival area expansion. Ms. Reynolds will oversee these upgrades to make the airport Southern California's preferred gateway.

    Economic Impact

With a service covering Orange County and beyond, the airport drives $6 billion in annual economic impact and supports 18,000 jobs. It provides nonstop flights connecting the region to over 20 major cities.

As Orange County's tourism and business travel hub, the airport enables the county's prosperity. The Vision Makers Breakfast offers insights into strategies for continued growth under Ms. Reynolds' leadership.
