    Big news out of Sacramento!

Mitra EV Is Expanding Again. And This Time, It’s Personal.

When one of our Chamber members wins, we all win. That’s why we’re especially proud to share this update from Mitra EV, a local business doing something we all admire. They’re growing. And not just a little. They’re officially expanding operations with a new hub in Northern California, and it's happening fast.

But let’s step back for a second.

If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like when a business solves a real problem and does it well, this is it. Mitra EV helps commercial fleets cut fuel and maintenance costs through all-in-one EV leasing and on-site charging solutions. They even help property owners earn passive income by hosting chargers.

Their results speak for themselves. In Sacramento, where their model first launched, businesses are saving over two thousand dollars a month per vehicle on fuel alone. That’s a seventy-five percent reduction in fuel expenses. And that’s not a theory. It’s happening now.

So what does this new location mean?

It means they’re doing something right

Two active hubs in Rancho Cordova are already helping local businesses power up. Now, several more are on the way, with new sites entering the construction phase. These are strategically placed in high-traffic commercial corridors and designed to support the growing demand for electrified fleets.

And here’s what really makes this cool. Mitra isn’t stopping there. They’ve already mapped out expansion targets throughout the Bay Area and Southern California, including right here in Santa Ana.

They’re building momentum, one city at a time. And it started with a simple idea: make electrification easy.

    Why this matters to us

This kind of innovation doesn’t live in a silo. It creates a ripple effect. Businesses spend less on operations and more on growth. Property owners earn from their unused space. Cleaner fleets mean healthier communities. And it’s all led by people right here in the Chamber.

It’s rare to see a win-win model that benefits both business and environment. But Mitra has managed to pull it off, and the results are only getting better with every new site.

If you’re curious about what this could mean for your business, now’s a good time to explore it.

Big congrats to Mitra EV on this milestone. We’re excited to see what’s next, and proud to have them as part of our Santa Ana Chamber community.
