    On October 9th, 2024, the OC Clerk-Recorder Hugh Nguyen, in partnership with the California Secretary of State, will be hosting an Apostille Pop-Up Shop right here in Santa Ana. This one-day event will take place at the County Administration South Building, located at 601 North Ross Street, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This special event aims to make document authentication more convenient for those who need to have official documents verified for use abroad.

    An Apostille is a certificate that authenticates signatures on California public documents, such as birth certificates, marriage licenses, or educational records, to be used internationally. Typically, individuals must travel to Los Angeles or Sacramento or submit their documents by mail to complete this process. This pop-up event in Santa Ana provides a valuable opportunity for local residents to get this service done quickly and conveniently without the need to travel long distances.

    The event will offer on-site Notary Public services and will accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, check, or money order, with no cash transactions. Parking is available at Lot P4 at 630 N Broadway St, with the first 30 minutes free.
