Goodwill of Orange County helps people who are facing barriers find and keep jobs, which provides purpose, pride and dignity. Our collection of 23 thrift store locations across Orange County and ShopGoodwill.com, the online marketplace for more than 130 Goodwill's, fuel innovative programs and services aimed at helping individuals reach their highest potential.

As a nonprofit employment social enterprise, Goodwill has more than 100 years of experience matching eager candidates ready to work with the right job. Our Workforce Development, Disabilities Services and Veteran Services programs provide one-on-one job coaching, vocational training, self-advocacy support, interview skill development and so much more.
