TCA was formed by California legislature in 1986 to plan, finance, construct and operate Orange County’s 73, 133, 241 and 261 Toll Roads. More than 250,000 people drive TCA’s toll roads daily and annual revenue totals $270 million. Public oversight ensures local and driver interests and that TCA continues to meet the growing need for congestion-free transportation alternatives.
