We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the San Fernando Valley and Santa Ana, Orange County. Founded 11 years ago, we provide compassionate, culturally appropriate care through clinic-based services and a licensed mobile medical unit. Our focus is on primary care, preventive care, and chronic disease management to improve community health.
