    Honoring Difference Makers Since 2010

    The Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce established the "Difference Makers" Celebration in 2010, to recognize the exceptional contributions of students, volunteers, business and community leaders, and educators. We believe in highlighting those who have gone above and beyond to improve the quality of life in Santa Ana. Through their dedication and commitment, our Difference Makers inspire others to get involved and create positive change. Whether through community initiatives, business success, public service, or education, these individuals have made significant contributions that deserve recognition.

    Honoring Those Santa Ana Students Who Excel

    Every year, we select one outstanding senior from each high school in the Santa Ana Unified School District, one student from Santa Ana College, and one senior from other high schools in Santa Ana. These Difference Makers showcase outstanding character, leadership qualities, community involvement, and a deep commitment to serving others. The Annual Difference Makers Event is the pinnacle of our recognition efforts. During the event, we host an awards ceremony to honor the Difference Makers and present selected Santa Ana students with a $1,000 scholarship towards their college education. It is a night of celebration, inspiration, and gratitude as we acknowledge the remarkable achievements of these individuals.
