The Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Women Rising Leadership Academy to help talented working women increase their influence, navigate barriers and advance with intention.

Strong performance matters, but career advancement also depends on skills that are rarely taught: increasing visibility and influence, building strategic relationships, overcoming bias, developing executive presence and positioning yourself for new opportunities.
For more than 11 years, Women Rising Leadership Academy (WRLA) has helped working women understand the unwritten rules that shape career advancement and turn that knowledge into practical action. Graduates have reported promotions, salary increases, expanded responsibilities, more profitable businesses and greater confidence in pursuing their next level of success.
Eight Live Workshops
Research-informed monthly sessions led by subject matter experts and focused on the barriers women commonly face in advancing their careers.
Professional Coaching
Participants who complete at least seven workshops become eligible for a professional coaching experience.
Lasting Community
Graduates may continue their development and professional connections through the WRLA Women Lead Community.

All workshops are held from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at The Cause Church, 950 Beacon Street, Brea, CA 92821.

Eligibility and Application Requirements
- Open to working women of all ages.
- Applicants must be able to attend at least seven of the eight monthly workshops.
- A completed WRLA application is required.
- A $50 application fee is due with the application. The fee will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted.
- Chamber membership is not required.
Tuition
Through the generosity of WRLA funders, tuition for accepted participants is $447 for members and $497 for non-members.
Accepted applicants will receive a welcome email with enrollment and payment instructions. Any applicable discount code may be entered through the payment link.
Applications Close August 31, 2026
Applications will be accepted until the deadline or until the academy reaches capacity. Space is limited.
