DESCRIPTION:INDIGO BALL\n\nSaturday\, May 4th\, 2019\n\nHotel Irvine\n\n\n\nIndigo Ball is our opportunity not only to celebrate our impact in the community\, but to also recognize upstanding community members who have contributed to the empowerment\, advocacy\, and support of LGBTQ individuals in Orange County and beyond.\n\n\n\nThe color indigo represents service to humanity. This powerful color is sincere and dignified\, devoting passion to protecting the rights of others. A persistent fight for justice and protection strongly resonates with our mission statement at the LGBT Center of Orange County. As the only LGBT Center in all of OC\, we take a staunch stance in defense and support of all members of the LGBTQ community. Our Indigo Ball is a night of reflection and celebration\, sharing our passion so that all can join us in this service to humanity.\n\n\n\nOur Torchbearer honorees include Jeanne and Gideon Bernstein\, who have been vital to LGBTQ advocacy and awareness with the #BlazeItForward movement.
